Tai Beldock’s Favorite Things

Here are 10 things the owner of Erico Motorsports and self-proclaimed “Boss Lady” can’t live without

1. My Vespa 50 scooter. I can park it legally on the sidewalk in Cherry Creek or at the DCPA. It makes going out for dinner or a show so easy and fun! Plus, it doesn’t require a license plate, and you can operate it with just a driver’s license. ericomotorsports.com

2. Sarah O. custom-made, diamond huggie small-hoop earrings. I never take them out. Denver, sarahojewelry.com

3. Coffee and a savory scone from Crema Coffee House. The scallion-and-cheddar scone is my favorite. Denver, cremacoffeehouse.net

4. L’Acier cider at Stem Ciders in RiNo. I like a good glass of wine, so I love this because it’s like a Champagne cider. I go to Stem and order the little tiny boards with the small tastes. Denver, stemciders.com

5. Bedstu Laurel combat boots in black rustic leather. They have a zipper on the back, so I don’t have to lace them. I wear them with everything—jeans, shorts, skirts—when I ride my scooter or motorcycle. Plus, I always wear them when I travel. $245; bedstu.com.

6. Maureen and the girls at File-n-Style nail salon on Colfax. It’s really cute, and everything there is pink. Whenever I go, it’s an awesome gossip fest. Denver, file-n-style.com

7. A night at Nocturne jazz club in RiNo, listening to the Keith Oxman Trio, drinking a Corpse Reviver #2 (gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, lemon, absinthe). Denver, nocturnejazz.com

8. Artist Kina Crow. My husband, John, had a piece commissioned for me of a girl with a suitcase. kinacrow.com

9. Common Era on Platte Street for funky, easy dresses. I really, really like dresses. Denver, mycommonera.com

10. Re For Your Home. They repurpose junk furniture and do reupholstery, too. I have a lot of their stuff in my house. They’re junky like I am. Denver, re-foryourhome.com
