Eat Real Food in Edwards
When Gretchen Hovey and Molly Harrison say “Eat Real Food,” they mean it. These two chefs are the heart of farm-to-mouth market and bakery Hovey & Harrison in Edwards, where they’ve deliciously upped the ante of one-stop eating and shopping in the Vail Valley community.
H&H sells European-grain sourdough bread and pastries (Harrison was the baker for Sweet Basil and Zino Ristorante), in addition to organic Colorado produce sourced year-round by Hovey’s produce purveyor, Ripe. Other offerings include premade grab-and-go meals and a full cafe menu and bar. Look for me in a prime spot on their awesome patio with a glass of wine and the Petunia tartine (butternut squash toast, blue cheese, poached pears and spicy microgreens).
